Epping has a bit of everything: older brick homes and units close to the station and the shopping centre, and newer estates further out. Buyers are mostly first-home buyers and investors, and they are looking for a home that feels ready to move into.
Decor 2 Sell stages and styles homes across the City of Whittlesea every week, with our own furniture and our own install team, usually within 3 days of booking.

An Epping home we staged
This is a compact, older-style home with a tiled living area, a small dining space by the sliding door, a white kitchen and carpeted bedrooms. Empty, the tiled floors and bare walls made the living area feel cold, and the bedrooms looked smaller than they are.
We warmed up the living room with a jute rug, cream boucle armchairs and lamps, and put a round glass dining table by the door so the space still feels open. The bedrooms have full-size beds with striped linen and artwork, which shows buyers exactly how much fits.

Making an older Epping home feel move-in ready
- Tiled living areas. Tiles are practical but look cold when a room is empty. Rugs, lamps and soft furniture change that in the photos.
- Compact rooms. We use furniture that suits the scale, so smaller living rooms and bedrooms feel comfortable, not cramped.
- Original kitchens and bathrooms. Clean, simple styling shows them at their best without pretending they are new.
Full staging for vacant Epping homes
Empty homes are hard for buyers to read. We furnish the living areas, dining, bedrooms and outdoor spaces with our own furniture, art, rugs and linen, so buyers can see the size and purpose of every room. More about home staging.
Property styling for lived-in homes
Still living there? We work with the furniture you have, then add the pieces, art and linen that lift each room, and keep the home practical for daily life during the campaign. More about property styling.

Epping home staging FAQs
How much does home staging cost in Epping?
Our Epping pricing follows our standard packages: from $2,000 for a one-bedroom home, and $2,300–$2,600 for most 3–4 bedroom houses, with a standard 6-week hire. Larger homes are quoted after a free consultation.
How quickly can you stage a home in Epping?
Usually within 3 days of booking, depending on our schedule. The styling itself takes 30 minutes to 2 hours, so it is easy to fit in before your photographer.
Is staging worth it for a smaller or older home?
Often it makes the biggest difference there. Buyers struggle to judge small rooms when they are empty, and furniture shows that a bed, a sofa and a dining table all fit.
Can you style my Epping home while I’m still living in it?
Yes. Our property styling works around your furniture and daily life. We add the pieces, art and linen each room needs, and it is quoted on what your home actually requires.
