This near-new three-bedroom home has timber-look floors, a timber-look kitchen and an open-plan living area that opens to a balcony. Empty, the open plan read as one long room, and it was hard to tell where a dining table or a sofa would go.
We set up a round dining setting beside the kitchen and a separate living zone by the balcony doors, so buyers can see the room works as two spaces. Pale sofas and a patterned rug keep it light, the kitchen bench is styled simply, and each bedroom is dressed with layered linen and its own artwork.
