This new townhouse has light timber floors, a long open-plan kitchen, dining and living room that opens to a courtyard, a study nook and a bathroom tiled in grey stone. It is a smart build, but a long, narrow room is hard for buyers to furnish in their heads.
We showed them how. A glass dining table sits near the kitchen, and the lounge is arranged at the courtyard end with a cream sofa, timber-framed armchairs and nesting glass coffee tables on a patterned rug. Light, see-through pieces keep the room open from end to end. The bedrooms are styled in chocolate, forest green and terracotta, and the study nook has a white desk and boucle chair.
