A Lalor unit we staged
This older unit has polished timber floors, a bright lounge with a wide window, a dining nook beside a kitchen with a timber benchtop, and good-sized bedrooms. The bones are appealing, but the kitchen and bathroom are original, and in an empty home that was what buyers looked at first.
We gave buyers something better to look at. Two light linen sofas, a textured grey rug and a black coffee table and TV unit make the lounge feel current, with a tall plant by the window. A round black table with boucle chairs fits the dining nook. The bedrooms have upholstered bedheads, layered linen and abstract artwork in warm neutrals and green.
