A Roxburgh Park family home we staged
This single-level four-bedroom home has warm timber floors through the living areas, a formal lounge at the front, a family room that opens to the garden, a separate dining area and a courtyard. Once the owners’ furniture was out, the rooms looked smaller than they are and the two living areas were hard to tell apart.
We styled the formal lounge and the family room differently so buyers register both, set a full-size dining table, and dressed the bedrooms with layered linen and artwork. Even the courtyard has an outdoor setting, so the home shows a place to sit outside.
