A near-new Mickleham family home we staged
This near-new family home has timber-look floors, a large living room with a sliding door to the yard, a second sitting area, a white kitchen and a covered alfresco. It is bright and clean, but the big living room was a blank box with nothing to show how a family would use it.
We set it up as two areas: a main lounge with cream sofas, a round timber coffee table and a patterned rug, and a pair of armchairs by the sliding door. The dining table has a glass top to keep the space open, the main bedroom has a sitting corner by the windows, and the alfresco has an outdoor lounge so buyers see a second place to relax.
