This home has a lounge with rich timber floors, a tiled meals area beside the kitchen, and carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen, bathroom and blinds are original and in good order, but with the rooms empty they were all a buyer would notice.
We styled around what was there. A curved cream sofa, two boucle armchairs and a large jute rug make the lounge feel current and let the timber floor show. A round glass dining table suits the meals area, and the bedrooms have layered linen and artwork so buyers look at the size of the rooms, not the age of the fittings.
