This renovated home has plantation shutters, polished timber floors, decorative cornices, white ceiling fans and a kitchen with a glass splashback. The renovation is fresh and light, and the home needed furniture that suited its relaxed, coastal feel.
We chose soft shapes and pale tones. Two curved boucle sofas face each other in the lounge with a round timber coffee table on a textured rug, and a portrait artwork adds a little colour. A round timber dining table with curved boucle chairs sits beside the shutters. The bedrooms have an upholstered bedhead with rust linen in one, and olive and slate in the other.
