An Altona North unit we staged
This unit has an open-plan living room with a large window onto the garden, a dining space beside the kitchen and three bedrooms. It is a practical layout, but empty it was hard to see how a lounge and a dining table would share the one room.
We placed a light grey sofa and two navy armchairs around a black coffee table, with sage cushions and a large botanical artwork to bring the garden colours inside. A round black dining table with boucle chairs fits neatly beside the kitchen. Each bedroom has its own colour, in navy, sage green and soft rose, so buyers can tell the three rooms apart in the listing.
