A brand-new Laverton home we staged
This brand-new home has grey timber-look floors, an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, a white kitchen with black tapware and stone-look benchtops, a bathroom with a freestanding bath and a small courtyard. It was finished days before we arrived, so it was spotless and completely empty.
We fitted a full living room, a round dining table and bar stools into the open plan without crowding it, which shows buyers how much the space holds. The bedrooms have dark bedheads and patterned cushions to add contrast against the white walls, and two chairs and a table make the courtyard feel like an extra room.
