Bundoora draws a wide mix of buyers: families, investors and people who work or study at the universities and the hospital precinct nearby. Townhouses and modern homes sell well here when they look low-maintenance and ready to move into.
Decor 2 Sell stages and styles homes across Melbourne’s north every week, with our own furniture and our own install team, usually within 3 days of booking.

A modern Bundoora home we staged
This modern home has timber-look floors, full-height sheer curtains, a black kitchen with stone benchtops and carpeted bedrooms. The dark kitchen is a strong feature, and in an empty home it made the living area feel smaller than it is.
We balanced it with white: two channelled white sofas facing each other over a black coffee table and a jute rug, and a dining setting with white boucle chairs. The black accents tie the living room back to the kitchen, and the bedrooms are dressed in soft neutrals and sage.

Selling a townhouse or modern home in Bundoora
- Investors. They buy on photos and numbers. A furnished home shows the rental appeal straight away.
- Dark kitchens and feature finishes. Light furniture keeps a bold kitchen from dominating the living area.
- Compact living rooms. Two smaller sofas often fit better than one large one, and still seat a family.
Full staging for vacant Bundoora homes
Empty homes are hard for buyers to read. We furnish the living areas, dining, bedrooms and outdoor spaces with our own furniture, art, rugs and linen, so buyers can see the size and purpose of every room. More about home staging.
Property styling for lived-in homes
