A renovated St Albans home we staged
This renovated home has light polished timber floors, a long open living and dining room, a new white kitchen and freshly painted bedrooms. Everything was new and neutral, which is exactly why it needed furniture: empty, there was nothing to give the rooms warmth or show how the long living space could be used.
We split the open room into a lounge and a dining area, with a large rug and a cream sofa at one end and a round dining table at the other. The bedrooms each have a different colour, in neutral, navy and mustard, so buyers can tell them apart in the photos.
