A new-build Truganina home we staged
This four-bedroom new build has a white kitchen with a sage-green island bench and pendant lights, open-plan living and dining, a separate front lounge and a bathroom with a freestanding bath. The finishes are lovely, but with nothing in the rooms there was little to show how the open plan could be used.
We placed the sofa to face the kitchen so the living zone has a clear edge, set a dining table beside the island, and styled the meals area to look out through the sliding doors to the alfresco. The front lounge is furnished as a second living room, and the bedrooms are dressed with colours that pick up the sage in the kitchen.
