A near-new Fraser Rise home we staged
This near-new home has glossy grey floor tiles throughout the living areas and bedrooms, a white kitchen with a stone island, a bathroom with a freestanding bath and a covered outdoor area. Polished tiles and pale walls reflect a lot of light, and empty, the rooms felt cold and echoing.
Rugs did most of the work here. A large patterned rug anchors each living area, with cream sofas, timber and brass tables and plenty of greenery to add warmth. The dining table is set for six beside the kitchen, the bedrooms have dark bedheads and layered throws, and the outdoor area has a lounge setting facing the lawn.
