This older home has polished timber floors, sage-green walls through the living areas and bedrooms, a cream kitchen and a long family room. The floors are a real asset, but green walls with nothing in front of them were the first thing a buyer would see.
We worked with the green. Grey and charcoal sofas, black coffee tables and botanical artwork make the wall colour look chosen, and a dark rug grounds the long family room. The dining table sits by the windows at the far end, and the bedrooms have cream, olive and soft blue-green linen that tones with the walls.
