An Eltham unit we staged
This unit has a living room with wide windows onto the trees, a dining area with timber-look floors, and bedrooms with ceiling fans and garden views. The dark carpet and brown window frames made the empty rooms feel heavier than they are.
We went light to balance it. Two cream sofas face each other across a pale rug, with white wire coffee tables that let the floor show through, and black and sage cushions to tie in with the view. A round glass table with white wishbone chairs keeps the dining area open. The bedrooms are dressed in soft blue and grey-green, with a ribbed bedhead and warm lamps.
