This modern home has a long open-plan living and dining room, with a carpeted lounge at one end and a tiled dining area and dark-toned kitchen at the other, plus a second sitting area and several bedrooms. Empty, the main room looked like a corridor, and buyers could not tell where one zone ended and the next began.
We used rugs and furniture to mark out each space. A grey sofa and two timber-framed armchairs sit on a jute rug with a gold-framed glass coffee table, under a large botanical artwork. A round black dining table with cream chairs sits by the kitchen. The bedrooms have a grey upholstered bedhead and warm neutral linen in the main, and deep burgundy in the second.
