A Balwyn townhouse we staged
This townhouse-style home has a separate lounge, a tiled family and meals area that looks onto a hedged garden, a kitchen with black stone benchtops and four bedrooms. Empty, the neutral walls and carpet gave buyers nothing to remember any room by.
We furnished the lounge with deep charcoal sofas and a black coffee table for a warm, grown-up feel, and set a round dining table in the meals area beside the garden. Each bedroom has its own colour, in soft neutrals, rust, red and mustard, so the four rooms are easy to tell apart online.
