A large Chadstone family home we staged
This is a big older-style home with polished timber floors, arched doorways with white columns, a formal lounge with a ceiling rose, two more living areas and a balcony that looks out over the treetops. Empty, a home this size can feel like a run of blank rooms, and buyers lose track of which room is which.
We gave every living area its own job: a formal lounge under the chandelier, a relaxed family room and a third sitting area. The dining room seats eight, the bedrooms are dressed to show off the timber floors, and the balcony has an outdoor setting so buyers stop and take in the view.
