A Brunswick apartment we staged
This apartment has an open-plan living room and kitchen that opens to a balcony, pale timber floors and a carpeted bedroom. The space is compact, and with nothing in it buyers could not tell whether a sofa and a dining table would both fit.
We used a curved boucle sofa and a round timber coffee table, which take up less room than square pieces and keep the path to the balcony clear. A low timber bench sits under the artwork instead of a bulky TV unit, and a round glass table for four makes a proper dining area beside the kitchen. The bedroom has a dark green bedhead with warm brown and cream linen.
