We furnish and style your property so it photographs beautifully, feels like home at the open inspection, and gives buyers a reason to offer more.

What’s included in our home staging
- Free consultation. We look at the property, talk with you or your agent about the likely buyer, and plan each room around them.
- Furniture, art and accessories. Sofas, beds, dining settings, rugs, lamps, artwork, linen, cushions and finishing decor, all coordinated to suit the home.
- Delivery, installation and styling by our own team, in our own trucks, using our own furniture. No subcontractors.
- Ready for photos. We style before the photographer arrives so your listing looks its best from day one.
- Collection after the campaign. When the hire ends, we pack everything up and take it away.
Home Staging Packages and Prices
Our packages start from $2,000 for a one-bedroom home with a living and dining room. Price depends on the number of rooms, the size of the home and how long you need the furniture.

Hire period: our standard hire is a 4-week campaign plus a 2-week extension (6 weeks in total). Longer hire periods are available. Just ask.
Full staging or partial staging?
Vacant homes: full staging. Empty rooms are hard for buyers to read. We furnish the whole home so every room has a clear purpose and a sense of scale.
Lived-in homes: partial staging. If you’re still living in the property, we work with what you already have. We add, swap or remove pieces, then bring in art, linen and accessories to lift each room. See our property styling service for occupied homes.
Our home staging process
- Call or request a quote. Tell us the address, number of rooms and your listing date.
- Consultation. We visit the property or work from photos and floor plans, and agree the style and rooms to stage.
- Installation day. We can usually install within 3 days of booking. Our team delivers and styles the home in 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on its size.
- Photos and open homes. Your agent markets a home buyers can picture themselves living in.
- Collection. When the hire period ends, we collect everything. No mess for you or your agent.

Our standard hire is 6 weeks: a 4-week campaign plus a 2-week extension. If you need longer, we can arrange it.
How quickly can you stage my home?
Usually within 3 days of booking, depending on our schedule. Once we arrive, styling takes 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the size of the home.
Do I need to stage every room?
Not always. The living room, main bedroom, dining area and kitchen have the most impact in photos and inspections. We’ll recommend what’s worth staging for your budget.
Is home staging worth it?
For most homes, yes. Staged homes photograph better, attract more inspections and help buyers connect with the space. That’s what drives stronger offers and a quicker sale.
